Joining them in the competition were former world #7 Stefan Casteleyn and seven-time United States champion, Latasha Khan.

Following the three days of fast-paced, highly athletic competition, it was Ryding (scoring a five game upset) and Grainger (seeded one) coming out ahead (with no game losses) in the standings…with White, Casteleyn and Galvez for the men, and Teran, Khan and Reta for the women, placing 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
