No joy for Malaysians in NSC finals
There was disappointment for the home fans in both finals of the NSC
Series #3 event at the National Squash Centre in Kuala Lumpur, as
the titles went to Egypt and New Zealand.
Top seed Andrew Wagih beat fourth-seeded Choong Kam Hing in
straight games to take the men's title. The Egyptian world #115 thus
doubled his PSA title tally, his earlier success coming back in
2007.
In the women's final local favourite Siti Munirah Jusoh couldn't
live up to her top billing, losing out in four games to second seed
Kylie Lindsay, who also claimed her second career title.
