A social Saturday ...
The 2nd round saw the very social Poli Squash and Poli
International team and the Lambs and Lambs international sides
swagger around the courts in "the morning after style squash".
The Lambs team again showed that experience counts and brushed
aside the Poli International side with ease. There were some very
interesting matches and probably the best was the match between
the wise Sean Ackaert and Andrea Murari, Andrea only started
playing squash a year ago and already plays a good solid game of
squash. Andrea ran hit straight and ran and ran, Sean gently
volleyed and dropped until Andrea fell to his knees in the last
points. Lambs win 295-267.
The other match between Poli Squash
and Lambs International saw some highly entertaining matches due
to blurry vision and a few sore heads, the sangria took its toll
in the final stages of the every match with the Poli Squash coming
the worst off. Lambs International win 315-171.

Lambs lash home team
The 5 Nations Squash Championships kicked off in a sunny Barcelona
with a Prince Clinic for 12 Catalunya kids lead by Marcus Berrett
Tim Garner and Duncan Steele.
The 1st round saw a convincing win by Lambs England over the home
team Rocafort, that put up a good fight but the experience of the
Lambs team saw them come through 342-281.
In the other match it was all never sure who was going to win with
the result swing favourable 1st to Catalan Flag then to Lambs
International, the final matches were tense as it was going down to
the wire, a spectacular Marco Bieto nearly pulled the match around
in favour of the Catalan but his skid boasts and hard hitting niks
weren't enough. Lambs International win by only 4 points 298-294.
