18-Oct :
SEEDS FALLING AT WILL...
Bad day for the top boys in Barcelona... Luca Mastrostefano, number
three seed, injures himself in the third game and suffers an early
exit... Yann Perrin loses two tie-breaks and the match to Swede
Christian Drakenberg...
But the biggest fall is of course seed number
three,
another Swede
Badr Abdel Aziz, who bows out to Spanish Albert Codina in a very close
and disputed five setter...
To be noted, the two five setter from Gregory Lecerf (from Belgium)
and French Joan Lezaud, who pushed their opponents Campbell Grayson,
seeded 8, and Ritwik Bhattacharya, seeded 2 respectively very hard, but
couldn't finish them off... |
