The event, co-sponsored by Feather Sports at The Los Angeles
Athletic Club and hosted by USC, will take place over the
Friday-Sunday, February 1-3, 2008 weekend. Intercollegiate teams
featured will include The University of Southern California (USC);
Stanford University; University of California (at
Berkeley); The
University of Washington; and Notre Dame.
The five teams, made up of nine primary players each, will compete
in a round-robin format, each team playing according to team
rankings. The players will be accompanied by their coaches, reserve
players and guests. An awards ceremony celebrating "The Best in the
West," will be held following the competition.
