Houston Tour Event a
Hurricane Casualty ...
Serious weather problems in the USA have caused the postponement of
the BCD & SMH Houston Open 2008, which was due to be held in Houston
from 16-21 September.
“In view of the impending hurricane hitting the southern area of the
USA, the organiser has confirmed that the event will be postponed,”
said PSA Tour Executive Sheila Cooksley.
“This decision has not been taken lightly, but for everybody’s
safety, postponement was the only option at this time.”
Promoter Muhammad Sadiq has confirmed that he will look for a
new date for the $12,000 1-star PSA Tour event and will advise the
PSA as soon as possible. |
