Atlanta Open 2010

Ryder takes Atlanta title

Chris Ryder the #1 seed saved all his best shots for the final and just had a little more energy in the tank than his opponent Laurence Delasaux. Ryder won 3-1 in 60 min.

Both players had tough battles in the semis with both player going the final distance in their matches to 90min.

Ryder got the better start in the first game winning in 15 minutes 11/7. In the second Delasaux managed to get more settled and found his rhythm and manage to win the second 11/8.

The third was the the decider who would win and Ryder kept in control to win it 11/9.

The last game was another battle and Ryder kept his composure to seal out the match 11/7 to win his first Atlanta Open here in Hot Atlanta. Both player said they are back next year.
