Austrian Open 2009
19-24 Oct, Vienna, $6k
24-Oct, Final:
Mustonen takes first senior title

Young Finn Henrik Mustonen went all the way to win his first PSA title.

After two rounds of qualifying and three rounds in the main draw the 18 year old from surprisingly still had plenty of energy left. He frustrated his opponent, Alan Clyne from Scotland, with long rallies and well applied drop shots. Clyne put up his usual great fight but seemed to tire after one and a half games. After 44 minutes of entertaining squash Mustonen left the court winning.

23-Oct, Semis:

Mustonen qualifies for Austrian final

In the first semi-final both young men showed a great performance and the flying finn Henrik Musttonen managed his fifth victory in a row.

In the second match Alan Clyne never looked in trouble and beat Jaymie Haycocks in four games.

22-Oct, Quarters:

Upsets abound in Vienna
