Soliman and Elaraby  provide Egyptian double in Islamabad


It was double Egyptian success in the finals in Islamabad, as top seed Rowan Elaraby defeated compatriot Nada Abbas in straight games while fifth-seeded Youssef Soliman came from two games down to beat men's top seed Leo Au.

Semi-Finals:
Soliman ousts Adnan as Egyptians advance in Islamabad


Youssef Soliman made it a hat-trick of Egyptian success in the semifinals of the CAS International in Islamabad as he beat second seeded Malaysian Nafiizwan Adnan in four games.

Top seed Leo Au of Hong Kong ended home interest as he beat Tayyab Aslam in straight games.

In the women's event an Egyptian champion is assured after wins from the top two seeds, Rowan Elaraby and Nada Abbas.
